Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products
Go on site visits to meet clients
Source raw materials and products

Quality assurance: Ensuring that the quality of the finished product meets the project's standards and specifications
Safety: Ensuring that the work environment is safe and that employees comply with safety regulations
Project management: Preparing and maintaining schedules, and ensuring that milestones are met
Coordination: Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure that tasks are completed on time
Communication: Liaising with architects, designers, and project managers to get work approvals and review progress
Documentation: Maintaining records of daily progress, quality checks, and material usage
Training: Training new employees, or assigning staff to train them
Production: Controlling production costs and ensuring that the department meets production goals
Manpower: Planning the department's manpower and controlling overtime
Health and safety: Ensuring the health and safety of the department
Integration: Integrating operations with production planning, raw material flow, inventory, packaging, and quality of material
