Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor

Factory Manager
Location – Attibele (Anekal), Karnataka
Experience – 3 - 8 Years
Salary – 25k to 40k
Notice Period – Preferably Immediate
Working Shifts – 6 days / Day Shifts
Mandatory Requirements – Local Languages (Kannada/Hindi), Production Management, Manage Factory Workers, Ability to work under pressure (with deadlines), Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engg

Responsibilities
•Manage the production in factory
• Make sure existing products are getting manufactured in desired timelines.
•Manage and improve production efficiency.
• Manage workers on production line
• Make sure time commitments and delivery dates are met.
• Quality check on all products.
• Adapting machinery and tech to solve design and production problems.
• Creating new machinery and component parts to aid production
• Work with a lot of materials like wood, metal, frp, concrete to design and manufacture products.
• Create 2D and 3D models in autocad and other drawing softwares and use processes to CNC mill products.
• Execution of drawing and design.
• Participation and execution in R&D
