Position: Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Lead the installation of automation projects within agreed cost, schedule, and performance
parameters.
 Collaborate closely with project and production teams to ensure cost-effective and
technically acceptable solutions that meet client specifications and company bids.
 Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project
installations.
 Ensure resource availability and proper allocation at the project site.
 Develop a detailed installation plan to monitor and track progress.
 Manage the relationship with the end user.
 Create and maintain documentation at the site.
 Conduct site visits before project commencement.
 Perform on-site commissioning as required.
 Report and escalate issues to the project manager as needed.
 Be prepared to travel across India for project requirements.
 Ensure adherence to safety norms at project sites.
 Demonstrate excellent communication skills and problem-solving capabilities.
Ideal Candidate:
Required Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 Total experience of 3 to 5 years in site installation.
 Experience in automation/intralogistics solutions such as conveying systems, pick & place,
etc.
 Knowledge of programming logic, sensor panels, and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
 Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across organizational functions
and units.
 Ability to work on multidisciplinary projects.
