Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Tool & Die Maintenance:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of tools, dies, and fixtures.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair press tools, stamping dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Maintain die components (punches, dies, guide pins, bushings, etc.) for optimal performance.
Welding & Grinding Process:
• Perform TIG, MIG, and Arc welding for tool & die repair.
• Operate surface grinding machines, hand grinders, and polishing tools.
• Ensure proper welding penetration, heat treatment, and finishing for die components.
Machining & Assembly:
• Work with lathe, milling, and CNC machines for tool modification.
• Assist in die fitting, alignment, and fine-tuning for production requirements.
• Ensure precision tolerances using micrometers, vernier calipers, and CMM inspections.
Production Support & Documentation:
• Ensure minimum downtime of dies and tools for smooth production.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Work closely with the production and quality teams to improve tool life and performance.
