Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor/Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cosmetic manufacturing department.
TIMINGS :- 9-7
WORKING DAYS :- MONDAY -SATURDAY
JOB LOCATION :- VASAI EAST ( VALIV RD )
• Monitor production progress and identify and resolve any bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely completion of production orders.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure product conformity
to specifications.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and
preventive actions.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of production workers.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback and training.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging
materials.
• 3-4 years of experience in cosmetic manufacturing, preferably in a
supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of cosmetic manufacturing processes, including
formulation, mixing, filling, and packaging.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant
regulations.
