Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Process Optimization:
Analyze existing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment.
Design and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Production Planning and Execution:
Develop and manage production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and project deadlines.
Ensure that production operations run smoothly and efficiently, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
Troubleshoot production problems and implement corrective actions to ensure production targets are met.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Investigate and resolve quality issues, collaborating with other teams to implement solutions.
