Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
1. Workflow Creation & Optimization
Understand processes with CEO.
Develop SOPs, checklists, trackers, templates, and automation.
Refine internal workflows for clarity and efficiency.
2. Team Coordination & Execution Tracking
Collaborate with department heads (Sales, CRM, HR, Purchase, Factory, Dispatch).
Monitor implementation, resolve issues, and ensure timely progress.
Run reviews and manage dashboards.
3. Systemization & Rollouts
Implement tools: Google Sheets, ClickUp, CRMs, etc.
Create training material and ensure adoption.
Ensure implementation targets are met.
4. Cross-Functional Ownership
Oversee systems for: Sales, Dispatch, HR, Purchase, Marketing, etc.1. Workflow Creation & Optimization
