Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
Production & Maintenance Oversight
Work closely with the Production Planner (who also handles maintenance) to schedule daily production, minimize downtime, and ensure consistent output.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a multi-department team (store, dispatch, CRM, purchase, data entry operator, HR, process coordinator).
Conduct daily/weekly briefings, resolve conflicts, and enforce accountability for meeting KPIs.
ERP Implementation & MIS
Drive the rollout and adoption of our ERP across production, inventory, and dispatch.
Ensure accurate data entry, generate timely MIS reports, and use data for decision-making.
Process Improvement & Quality
Develop and refine SOPs, conduct “red-bin” or quality resolution meetings, and champion continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Collaboration with Sales & Finance
Provide reliable lead times and operational insights to the Sales team.
Coordinate with Finance on budgeting, cost control, and major expenditures.
Problem-Solving & Escalation
Address operational issues promptly.
Escalate only critical, high-impact matters to the CEO, maintaining daily autonomy in decision-making.
