Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandising and Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Merchandising:
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase products online, enhancing brand visibility and sales
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure product assortments are aligned with consumer demand and trends
Monitor inventory
Maintain and update product information, including prices, specifications, and stock levels
Assist in planning and coordinating product launches, seasonal promotions, and special events.

Production:
Work closely with the production team to ensure products are produced according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Coordinate between merchandising, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
Monitor the production process to ensure products are manufactured efficiently and meet design and quality requirements
Manage production schedules to avoid delays and ensure the timely availability of products for merchandising
Oversee quality control and ensure products meet both internal and external quality standards
Troubleshoot production issues and work with the production team to resolve problems in a timely manner
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure consistency and quality in production
Track production costs, materials, and labor to stay within budget.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in merchandising, production, or a similar field
Strong understanding of inventory management, production processes, and visual merchandising principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with merchandising or production management software
Knowledge of product trends and consumer preferences.

Work Environment:
This position may involve both office-based work and occasional visits to work sites
Some travel may be required for vendor meetings, or production site inspections.
