Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Attend daily shift start up meetings and shift end meetings.
Daily Production detailed entry.
Maintain documents on a per day basis.
Attend the mold and machine breakdown.
Good knowledge about component defects and solutions.
Maintain 5s and Kaizen activity on the shop floor and to train new operations.
Troubleshooting molding problem, Rejection control on shop floor.
Responsible for Manpower, Machine, Production.
Responsible for customer complaint prevention both internal and external.
Injection Moulding machine.
SMED (Single minute exchange of Die)
Process Setting.
Single and Multi Cavity Mould
HRS (Hot runner system) / Cold runner mould
Safety Audit
Knowledge of the Central Feeding system in plastic material.
