Job Title :- Production Supervisor

Industry :- Chemical

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

Salary :- 18 to 22k

Location :- Sector 53, Sonipat, Haryana

Education Qualification: Postgraduate (Preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields)


Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage production staff and daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are met with high quality and within deadlines.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Implement and maintain safety, health, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with the Quality Control department to maintain product quality.
Maintain accurate production records and prepare regular reports.
Train and mentor production workers to enhance performance and skill development.
Identify and troubleshoot problems in the production line.
Collaborate with management to improve production strategies and processes.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
