Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

• To assist purchase head in selection, approval, control
• Maintain the documentation of the vendors, documentation on approved vendor list.
• Communicating vendors on their performance through evaluation.
• Prepare purchase order for raw material, sub contract items, BOF Hardware’s and tooling items.
• To coordinate with concerned departments for execution of special processes being carried out at vendor’s end.
• Execution of requirements complying to quality management systems.
• Maintain records for the department.
• Taking care of corrective and preventive measures for non-conformances.
• To be a connecting member between organisation and vendors etc.,
