·        Insuring adherence to quality standards and maintaining all related records with documents. 

·        Monitoring the quality of food products during the entire production process.

Coordinating with the laboratory personal for insuring the quality of production. 

·        Identifying assignable and chronic causes by the use of latest analysis technique for eliminating wastage while enhancing planed coincidence and productivity. 

·        Reducing the manufacturing loses through process improvements.
