Job Description

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure products meet industry and customer standards.
Oversee inspection processes for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and other relevant quality certifications.
Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors for certification processes.
Train and mentor quality control teams to enhance overall quality awareness.
Maintain documentation for quality records, testing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and procurement teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other quality improvement techniques.
Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety regulations for packaging materials used in food and pharmaceutical industries.
