Opus Industries is looking for an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Executive with a background in building materials sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close sales with builders, contractors, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients, including builders, contractors, architects, and dealers.

Promote and sell AAC blocks, explaining their benefits over traditional construction materials.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

Conduct field visits and establish strong relationships with customers.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Gather market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

Provide customers with technical support and product demonstrations.

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of building materials (AAC blocks, cement, bricks, tiles, or related products).

Strong network and existing relationships in the construction industry.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
