Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
Perform regular inspections and tests of products and services to identify defects or areas for improvement.
Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Analyze test results and document findings.
Create and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
Investigate quality issues and customer complaints related to food safety and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Train staff on quality assurance processes and standards to ensure compliance across the organization.
Conduct workshops and seminars to promote a culture of quality and safety.
Analyze quality metrics and implement corrective actions to improve processes and reduce defects.
Ensure all products comply with relevant regulatory standards and requirements.
