JOB Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Checker (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) Executive to ensure that all textile products meet company and industry quality standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in textile inspection, quality control processes, and compliance with industry regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks at different stages of production, including fabric inspection, dyeing, printing etc.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities to the production team.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to enhance product quality.
• Work closely with production and design teams to prevent quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry and customer-specific quality standards.
• Maintain records of quality checks, test reports, and inspection reports.
• Train production staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Assist in handling customer complaints related to quality issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet required specifications.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
• Strong knowledge of textile quality control procedures and standards.
• Textile background with expertise in fabric knowledge.
• Familiarity with quality control tools and techniques.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and advanced Excel.
