• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (ISO 9001 is a general quality management system (QMS) standard, while IATF 16949 is a QMS standard for the automotive industry)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production teams and cross-functional departments.
