Job Competences:
 Review drawings and ensure a thorough understanding of drawing requirements.
 Prepare quality plans, quality alerts, and work instructions related to incoming quality and final
quality, PFMEA, Control plan, Risk analysis’s etc,.
 Process knowledge of surface treatment processes, including zinc plating, nickel-chrome
plating, ED coating, electroless polishing, powder coating, SS passivation, Blackening and
their evaluation processes.
 Should have handling knowledge of various components, including sheet metal press parts,
die-casting parts, machined parts, plastic injection moulding parts, metal injection moulding
parts, extrusions, and investment casting parts etc,.
 Should have knowledge in using various measuring instruments, including VMS or CMM,
vernier calliper, height gauges, plating thickness checking instruments, micrometre, thread
ring and thread plug gauges, plain plug gauges, pin gauges etc,.
 Should have process knowledge of the chemical and mechanical properties of raw materials,
as well as experience in conducting salt spray testing.
 Knowledge about RoHS and Reach compliance
 Knowledge about layout inspection / FAI / ISSR reports preparation and evaluations
 Should have knowledge of the seven-quality control (7QC) tools.
 Conduct root cause analysis to identify solutions and prevent the recurrence of quality issues,
both internal and external.
 Preparation of 8D reports and corrective and preventive action plans.
 Knowledge of process procedures and quality manuals to ensure compliance with relevant
standards and regulations.
 Knowledge in developing inspection fixtures and gauges.
 Should have experience with supplier audits.
 Knowledge about RoHS and Reach compliance.
 Should have knowledge of implementing robust processes at supplier facilities to ensure
compliance with product requirements.
 Preparation of supplier quality ratings on a periodic basis and communicate the results to
procurement teams and suppliers.
 Knowledge in ISO processes and conduct internal audits
 Familiar with SAP in the quality module.
 Should have verbal and written communication skills.
1. Education : BE in Mechanical or Diploma
2. Experience : Min 8-10 Years in Manufacturing mechanical Engg industry
3. Area preferred : Surrounding Peenya
4. Salary : CTC of INR 7-8 Lacs per annum
