Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Perform inspections, testing, and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing and production processes.
Develop quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
Work with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality issues.
Use statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis tools to monitor performance.
Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Fresher can also apply.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory standards.
Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, DMAIC.
Hands-on experience with CMMs, gauges, and other measurement tools.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
