Qualification – Graduate Engineer

Eligiblity :- Should be able to understand various requirements as mentioned in standards.

Experience : Minimum 15 years overall experience. With exp. in Steel Industry for Min 4-5 years & 4-5 years in Sr Position.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities -
1.) Developing System and overseeing & ensuring testing and inspections for Incoming material/WIP & FG as per Quality Plan.
2.) To conducts tests and inspections in conformity with QMS requirements/Standards & Tabulating & maintaining inspection reports.
3.) Expertise in Mettalurgy - Should be able to Identify & evaluate Microscopic Structures & in depth knowledge of Stainless Steel Metallurgy and Heat Treatment Processes.
4.) Defining Production process with Production team to control desired customer Specs.and Quality norms.
5.)Should be proficient with various requirements of IMS and be able to handle audit independently. Also handling internal audits within the company and assistance in developing Quality and process systems.
6.) Immediate action & review of non-conforming products with Director and also process / product defects or System / process breaches by Production Team.
7.) Maintain Documentation and calibration records as per QMS/QAP
8.) Should be able to handle TPI independently.
9.) Do QC related tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate would be :
Having excellent Observational, Analytical, Technical skills and also Good communication skills.
Keen observation on specification and using different resources beyond personal knowledge of subject to arrive at solutions.
