Job Description
1. Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure quality standards are met
2. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
3. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the production process
4. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
5. Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions
6. Interface with suppliers to ensure quality of incoming materials
7. Monitor inventory of materials and supplies to ensure quality
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality of finished products.
