Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Inspect incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
Analyze and report on quality control data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with production and customer support teams to identify and address quality issues in a timely manner
Print order forms and prepare for shipment
Send tracking updates to the customers
Conduct regular audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement
Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and testing procedures
Train production staff on quality control systems and procedures
Work with suppliers and customers to address quality concerns and ensure compliance with requirements
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory standards and industry certifications.
