The Line Inspection Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of products on the production line. One of the primary responsibilities involves conducting meticulous visual inspections of products to guarantee compliance with established quality standards. Utilizing measuring tools and equipment, the technician verifies product dimensions and specifications, maintaining a keen eye for even the subtlest defects. Continuous monitoring of the production process is essential, with a focus on identifying variations or abnormalities. Timely communication with production personnel is imperative to address and rectify quality issues promptly. Additionally, the Line Inspection Technician regularly inspects and verifies the proper functioning of machinery and equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions. Detailed documentation of inspection results, including the identification of defects and actions taken, is a critical aspect of the role. The technician actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing feedback on process enhancements and conducting root cause analyses for quality issues. Training line operators on quality standards, inspection procedures, and safety protocols is also part of the responsibilities, fostering a culture of excellence and adherence to compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Knowledge Skills & Attributes:

● Experience in project & customer handling.
● Calibration of Gauges & Instruments.
● Design of Gauges.
● Knowledge & application of CMM is a must.
● Knowledge of ISO/ IATF.
● Should know about 5S, SPC, PPAP, MSA (Measurement System Analysis) study.

Qualification & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education is a plus.
Proven experience in a quality control or inspection role within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and inspection methodologies.
Attention to detail and ability to identify subtle defects or irregularities.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move moderate weights.
