Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Job Specifications
Attending service breakdown of machines in terms of mechanical/electrical/ software.
Should have PLC integration knowledge
Preferred from printing service industries
MS-SQL operating knowledge
Ready to travel PAN India
Installation and Qualification of machine onsite
Updating breakdown attended call on daily basis
Installation and Qualification of machine onsite
Assisting the after sales Manager with the implementation and Implement machine based on documents and schedule given.
Attending trouble shooting problem
Communication with internal department
Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with clients

Skills Required
Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients and organize all project materials.
Collecting customer data in terms of expansion and requirement
Train client technical staff on all hardware and software issues and identify all issues in processes and provide solutions for same.
Problem solving in-house as well onsite and suggesting solutions to delivery failures

Minimum Requirements Diploma or degree in electrical engg / Mechanical engg

2-3 years of recent experience in service industries
