Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators.

Respond promptly to breakdown/service calls and resolve technical issues.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in elevator systems.

Ensure minimal downtime and accurate fault resolution.

Record all maintenance and service activities accurately in the service log.

Replace or repair worn-out parts and components.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and regulations.

Coordinate with the Service Manager for escalated technical issues.

Conduct safety inspections and report any critical observations.

Provide timely feedback on recurring issues to help improve product/service reliability.

Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients and building staff.
