Job Description
- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
o Maintain accurate records of all raw materials, Accessories, and finished goods stored in the warehouse.
o Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely ordering of stock to prevent production delays.
o Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in stock.
o Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and storage of all items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
o Organize the warehouse efficiently to maximize storage capacity while ensuring safety.
o Process material requisitions, ensuring correct quantities are ordered and delivered on time.
o Ensure proper handling of returns and damaged goods.
o Inspect materials for quality and ensure that they meet the company’s standards before storage.
o Maintain accurate documentation of all material receipts, issues, and transfers. Update the same in the ERP.
o Generate inventory reports and provide regular updates to management on stock levels, inventory trends, and material consumption.
