Job Description

- Manage and oversee the storage and handling of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items (100+ SKUs).
- Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain proper stock rotation to avoid wastage or stock-outs using FIFO.
- Regularly update inventory records in the system, conduct periodic stock audits, and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Track consumption trends and plan reorders for materials and goods to ensure continuous supply without overstocking.
- Ensure that all materials and products are properly stored, labeled, and easy to locate.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure proper documentation for all receipts, transfers, and dispatches of goods.
- Report any discrepancies or damaged goods.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in supply chain management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory and warehouse management in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to managing 100+ SKUs.
- Accuracy in managing stock records, labeling, and handling multiple SKUs.
