Job Description

Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Sqf operators / supervisors
Min 2-3 years exp handling ipsen sqf
Able to load / unload material from furnaces
Maintain furnace process sheets.
Control all furnace parameters.
Knowledge of making reciepes for hardening, carburizing and carbonitriding.
Knowledge of deciding tempering temperature to achieve heat treatment results as per component drawings.
Can read metallurgical drawings.
Can do basic furnace maintenance.
Knowledge of hardness inspection and case depth analysis
Knowledge to operate hardness testers, microscope and micro vickers hardness tester.
Can make final inspection reports.
