The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing welding operations on metal surfaces, ensuring structural integrity, and following safety regulations. The role requires expertise in welding techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform surface welding using MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques.
Repair, resurface, and reinforce metal components as per specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Inspect and test welded surfaces for quality and durability.
Operate welding equipment, grinders, and other metal fabrication tools.
Ensure proper preparation of metal surfaces before welding (e.g., cleaning, grinding).
Maintain workplace safety by following welding codes, regulations, and PPE guidelines.
Conduct routine maintenance on welding tools and equipment.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure high-quality output.
