Job Description

Create campaigns, conduct market research and develop advertising strategies
Build brand's image and awareness
Fix parts and equipments of different brands

•Key Responsibilities:•

- Conduct field marketing activities at designated public places (railway stations, bus stands, malls, etc.).
- Distribute flyers, pamphlets, and brochures to create awareness about our products/services.
- Engage with passers-by to explain offerings in a clear and convincing manner.
- Collect contact details of interested leads and ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain daily reporting of activity coverage and leads generated.
- Ensure branding materials (banners, standees, etc.) are properly displayed.
- Represent the brand in a professional and approachable manner.

•Requirements:•

- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th or Graduate preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (local language fluency is a plus)
- Ability to handle outdoor fieldwork and stand for long hours
- Experience in BTL/field marketing is a plus but not mandatory
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
