Operational 1. To be an Ambassador of Nova way at every step and communicate the same to the team as well as the customers. 2. Oversee the front office executives in accurate and timely billing for patients to prevent delay in discharge and thereby enable the optimum utilization of infrastructure facilitates 3. Interface with ward nursing staff to coordinate patient’s admission and hassle-free transfer to the wards 4. Oversee the entire discharge cycle from the point of intimation by the respective consultant surgeon till the patient leaves the center to ensure smooth experience to patients 5. Ensure customer delight at all touch points as per NOVA WAY. 6. Understand all relevent ART procedures for customer awareness and conversion. 7. Effectively communicate and convince patients on IVF procedures., packages and pricing. 8. Effectively follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up procedures with Nova 9. Ensure Customer feedback is collected as per defined SOPs 10. Ensure COH and E-COH are conducted in co-ordination with Psychological Counselor as per the laid out monthly plans. 11. Ensure that the Medics easy is been used on real time basis at the centers and input all the required data
