# JOB DESCRIPTION: E-Commerce Manager

••Job Overview:••
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented E-Commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth, enhance user experience, and optimize online performance. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking.

••Key Responsibilities:••

- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online offerings, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the customer journey and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, shipping partners, and digital marketing agencies.
- Connect with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Create, design, and manage graphic content for the online store, including product images, banners, and promotional materials.

••Qualifications:••

- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and content management systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in basic graphic designing, with proficiency in tools such as Canva.

Joining: Immediate
Salary: 10-15k for first 3 month, then negotiable.
