Roles and responsibilities-An Office Assistant will have to manage food and beverage logistics within the office, as well as supporting the needs of staff working long hours, fulfillment center, or office environment,need to perform inventory works including packaing and delivery as and when required.
Key responsibilities-Order processing Conduct quality control checks to ensure there is no damage during shipment.correctly labeled with necessary documents.packaging & pick orders from the officesafely Deliver orders to customers in timely mannerbasic knowledge of Excel for inventory management
Key Responsibilities-
An e-commerce office assistant needs to perform the following duties-1)Anything related with e-commerce industry on a day to day basis.2)Providing support to business owners.3) To manage online store operations, inventory management,look into order fulfillment processes, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.4) For all food and beverages(usually packed foods),need to support the fulfillment of those orders by managing ,packaging materials and ensuring timely order processing.5)Ability to perform repetitive tasks related to packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.Note--Immediate joiners preferred.Petrol allowance will be provided during Field work /Delivery.
