Ecommerce Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Management:

  Building and maintaining relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and long-term success. 

• Product Management:

  Managing product listings, descriptions, pricing, and ensuring accurate and appealing product information on the online store. 

• Website Optimization:

  Monitoring website performance, conducting A/B testing, and implementing improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates. 

• Marketing & Sales:

  Developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve brand awareness. 

• Customer Service:

  Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 

• Order Management:

  Overseeing order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with logistics and fulfillment teams. 

• Data Analysis:

  Analyzing sales data, website analytics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 

• Inventory Management:

  Tracking inventory levels, managing stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate product listings. 

• Compliance:

  Ensuring that all operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
