Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with expertise in Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, and other leading e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of cataloging, payment reconciliation, account management, advertising, promotions, deals & discounts, product listings, and client management to drive performance and deliver business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

Manage and oversee product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, and other key e-commerce platforms.
Ensure that product catalogs are accurate, complete, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.
Monitor product availability and inventory levels across platforms, ensuring seamless stock management.
Cataloging:

Create and manage accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images to ensure high-quality listings.
Implement strategies to improve product discoverability and conversion rates on Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, etc.
Regularly audit and update catalogs to ensure they meet platform-specific requirements and enhance user experience.
Advertising & Promotions:

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.
Manage deals, discounts, and offers to ensure competitiveness and maximize sales opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns based on analytics and consumer behavior.
Payment Reconciliation:

Reconcile payments from various e-commerce platforms to ensure timely and accurate settlement.
Address and resolve discrepancies in payment reports and liaise with platform support teams as needed.
Account Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platform account management, ensuring smooth operation and communication.
Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to stay updated on new features, policies, and best practices.
Client & Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into e-commerce strategies.
Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, trends, and platform performance to clients and internal teams.
Actively troubleshoot and resolve any issues that impact the customer experience or sales performance.
Listing Optimization:

Continuously analyze and optimize product listings for better performance in terms of SEO, sales, and customer engagement.
Implement keyword strategies to enhance product visibility and increase organic traffic on each platform.
Deals & Discounts Strategy:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to strategize and implement the best deals and discount campaigns.
Leverage platform-specific promotional tools to create engaging offers, flash sales, and festive deals to drive conversions.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience working with Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including cataloging, advertising, promotions, and payment reconciliation.
Experience in managing product listings, optimizing for search algorithms, and driving sales performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and implement actionable strategies.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and platform-specific advertising tools.
Experience in handling deals, discounts, and promotions effectively.
Ability to multitask and manage various accounts and projects simultaneously.
