Position: E-Commerce Account Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Brand Onboarding
• Onboard brands onto marketplaces such as Blinkit, Jio, and Zepto.
2. Inventory & Order Management
• Manage inventory and orders across key marketplaces, including Flipkart and Amazon.
• Troubleshoot issues and follow up with marketplace teams to ensure resolution.
• Organize and participate in calls with Amazon Launchpad to discuss sales improvement strategies and document minutes of meetings.
• Optimize and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
3. Reporting
• Prepare detailed performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Track progress against plans and provide actionable insights.
4. Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimize advertisements on Flipkart and Amazon.
• Continuously improve ROAS on a monthly basis.
5. Growth & Optimization
• Enhance brand and product pages, including A+ content and brand-specific landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversions, ACOS%).
• Analyze and ensure account health and performance metrics are met.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and analysis across marketplaces.
• Collaborate with the social media team at Snowpeak to align strategies and drive growth.
Manage daily operations of e-commerce accounts
Analyze performance matrices and implement optimization strategies

Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital marketing concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards).
• Prior experience in e-commerce marketplace management is preferred
