Position: E-Commerce and Digital Media Manager
Reporting to: Management Team
Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management
Oversee the development, design, and daily operations of the e-commerce platform.
Ensure seamless user experience, including navigation, product listings, and checkout processes.
Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics; propose and implement strategies for improvement.
Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely product updates and order fulfillment.
Manage integration with payment gateways and ensure security compliance.
Digital Media Management
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales through online platforms.
Manage social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) with a focus on ROI.
Analyze performance metrics and create detailed reports on digital campaign performance.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure a consistent brand image.
General Responsibilities
Research and adapt to the latest trends in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Handle customer queries and complaints related to the online platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and promotions.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
Stay updated with competitors’ activities and market conditions.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce will be an advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Proven success in managing ad campaigns with measurable results.
Skills:
Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., amazon,flipkart, jiomart, bigbasket etc).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
