Coordinate with Department In-charges:

Collaborate with the production, maintenance, and quality control teams to ensure seamless operations.
Work closely with department heads to synchronize production schedules and resource allocation.
Foster cross-departmental communication to address production goals, timelines, and issues.
Machinery and Equipment Maintenance:

Oversee the maintenance and performance of production machinery, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
Monitor equipment and machinery for signs of wear and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

Analyze and resolve production issues related to equipment, labor, and materials to minimize delays and inefficiencies.
Investigate root causes of production disruptions and implement corrective actions.
Provide solutions to enhance productivity and product quality, ensuring consistent output.
Optimize Resource Utilization:

Ensure the efficient use of labor, materials, and machinery to meet production targets.
Analyze and improve inventory management, material handling, and storage systems.

Quality Control and Process Improvement:

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet company standards and specifications.

Safety and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

Cost Reduction and Efficiency:

Develop strategies for reducing manufacturing costs without compromising quality.
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive efficiency.
