Job Responsibility:
• Represent the company professionally.
• Co-ordinate with team members, parties and customers/vendors. Creating MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
• Maintain the daily/weekly/monthly reports of day work to the concerned senior.
• Prepare and execute the projects of the Firm.
• Candidate has to access mails communication & to assist Director and team on regular /daily basis timely by updating of incoming mails & outgoing mails & Telephonic Conversation.
• Liaise and Coordinate with clients to understand and establish the requirements, scope, and objectives of the projects.
• Please ensure brand consistency by communicating with content writers.
• Keeping record of registries and payment of all sites.
• Prepare Allotments for all sites in co-ordination.
• Meeting alignment with customers of all sites, and investors also to understand their property requirements.
• Calling on collected data by multiple sources and generate leads.
• Promotion of our brand by multiple methods and find new innovative source.
• Identifying a key message, Defining the target audience
• Developing PR campaigns and media relations strategies
• Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, and maintaining open communication with senior management
• Editing and updating promotional material and publications, such as brochures, videos, and social media posts
• Preparing and distributing press releases
• Organizing PR events, such as open days and press conferences, and serving as the company's spokesperson
• Seeking opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.
