Communicate with customers : Build relationships with customers and communicate with them, by Phone, By Email, whatapp and other communication modes,
Generating Inquries, Sending Quotes to them, Making Proforma Invoice, follow up order and payments.
Analyze marketing effectiveness : Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and competitor strategies
