We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Coordinator & PPT Specialist to manage communication with vendors and create professional presentations. The ideal candidate should have excellent coordination skills, a strong command of email communication, and the ability to develop visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Vendor Coordination & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring smooth communication.
Manage vendor inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups via email and calls.
Maintain and update vendor databases and agreements.
Ensure timely delivery of products/services from vendors as per company requirements.
✅ Presentation & Documentation:
Create compelling PowerPoint presentations for internal and external meetings.
Organize and format content to enhance readability and impact.
Work closely with various teams to gather data and design visually appealing slides.
✅ General Administrative Support:
Assist in scheduling vendor meetings and maintaining communication records.
Draft professional emails, proposals, and reports as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor requirements are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in vendor management, administration, or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Strong email writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of procurement/vendor management processes (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
