Your main task as a Ticketing Agent would involve assisting customers in booking and managing tickets for either flights, trains, or events. This includes ensuring that correct information is passed to the client as well as handling all queries related to ticketing, all in an attempt to guarantee that the client has a seamless and smooth experience from beginning to end. The perfect candidate will have great communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude.
