Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic •Marketing Executive• to join our team at ICA Edu Skills. In this role, you will be responsible for •lead generation• by communicating with prospective students. Your primary objective will be to engage students interested in our various training programs, including Accounts, Tally, SAP, and other related courses.

•Key Responsibilities:•
-Reach out to potential students via calls, emails, and other channels to generate leads for training programs.
- Promote courses in Accounts, Tally, SAP, and other educational offerings to prospective students.
- Answer inquiries and provide information regarding courses, fees, and admission processes.
- Establish strong relationships with students to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

•Skills & Qualifications:•
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade students to enroll in training programs.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead generation strategies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in lead generation or sales (for experienced candidates) is an advantage.
