• Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Team Building & Performance: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring each member achieves their sales quotas. Design and implement performance management systems to evaluate and enhance individual team member contributions.
• Training & Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team to ensure consistent performance improvement.
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, furniture manufacturers, architects, and other key industry professionals.
• Market Expansion: Leverage existing connections with interior designers, architects, and furniture manufacturers to expand sales networks and identify new market opportunities.
• Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive product awareness and generate leads.
• Reporting & Strategic Planning: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans for senior management.
• Compliance & Professionalism: Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of professionalism and integrity within the sales team
