We are looking for B. Pharma graduates to become a part of Product Management Team and assist the Salesforce with product knowledge and promotional events.
Responsibilities:
Marketing: Developing marketing strategies, brand management, and launching new products
Promotional materials: Designing and planning promotional tools and materials to support sales and marketing objectives
Field work: Working with the field staff to understand market dynamics and demand, and identify opportunities for brand building
Training: Training, motivating, and guiding the field force
Product data: Reviewing product data to keep the field force updated on new developments
Product forecasts: Preparing product forecasts and monitoring inventory levels
Advertising: Liaising with the advertising agency on product campaigns
Regulatory compliance: Overseeing communications with regulators, filing documentation with the FDA, and working with API suppliers
Brand defence: Protecting the brand from generic competition through strategic marketing
Product lifecycle management: Finding new ways to extend the product's lifecycle
Stakeholder relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, payers, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor in Pharmacy from a recognized university.
Strong presentation skills on power point.
Should have analytical skills.
Team building & brand building skills.
Good communication skills in English.
