As a Marketing & Branding Executive, you will assist in developing and implementing marketing
strategies that elevate our brand presence in the market. You will help in executing branding initiatives,
marketing campaigns, and communication strategies to engage with our target audience effectively and
drive brand recognition and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Assist in developing and executing branding strategies to strengthen our
brand identity and positioning. Ensure that all marketing efforts align with the brand’s voice and
values.
Marketing Campaigns: Support the execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
Assist in brainstorming, planning, and implementing campaigns across various channels,
including social media, email, and print media.
Social Media Management: Help manage the company’s social media presence. Create,
schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.),
ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, website
copy, newsletters, and social media posts. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually
appealing materials.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, consumer behavior,
competitor activity, and potential opportunities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Branding Collateral: Assist in the creation and distribution of branded materials such as
brochures, flyers, and product catalogs to increase brand visibility.
SEO & Website Updates: Assist in basic SEO activities and help update website content to
ensure it is aligned with current marketing goals.
Campaign Reporting & Analytics: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns using tools
like Google Analytics and social media insights. Help compile reports and analyze data to
recommend improvements and adjustments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design, sales, and content teams to support cohesive
marketing and branding strategies. Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in marketing, branding, or communications.
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Familiarity with basic SEO and content marketing strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe
Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with social media management and content creation tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.).
Understanding of brand strategy and positioning.
