Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing field service, as well as offering technical support and performing maintenance and repair tasks. This role involves regular customer interactions and onsite visits to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently.

Qualifications

Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
Experience in Field Service and Maintenance & Repair
Strong Communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Degree or certification in Engineering or a related technical field
Experience with CNC Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, Plasma Cutting Machines, Welding Machines, and Press Brake machines is a plus
