Below is Job Responsibility of a Fleeca Service Engineer

1. Tyre Maintenance and Inspection:
o Conduct routine tyre inspections to assess wear and tear.
o Monitor and maintain optimal tyre pressure using tools and technology.
o Perform tyre rotations, alignments, and replacements as needed.

2. Technical Support:
o Diagnose and resolve tyre-related issues efficiently.
o Provide on-site support to ensure the safe and efficient
operation of vehicles.

3. Customer Interaction:
o Communicate with clients to explain tyre-related findings and solutions.
o Deliver high-quality service to maintain strong customer relationships.

4. Field Operations:
o Travel to client locations for on-site tyre inspections and services.
o Collaborate with the field sales team to address customer requirements.

5. Data Collection and Reporting:
o Maintain accurate records of services performed.
o Submit daily reports, including tyre inspection details and performance metrics.

6. Compliance and Safety:
o Adhere to safety standards and operational protocols.
o Ensure that all services are compliant with company and client requirements.

7. Technology Utilization:
o Operate and manage advanced tools such as the Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
o Use digital platforms for reporting and communication.
