Trainee Mechanical Engineer — Basic Qualification:
Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of automobile systems, mechanical components, and servicing.
Other Skills: Good communication, willingness to learn, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
License: A valid driving license is preferred (for test drives or vehicle movement).


Nature of Work:
Vehicle Inspection & Maintenance:
Assisting in vehicle inspection, servicing, and maintenance.
Learning to diagnose mechanical faults and performing basic repairs.


Customer Interaction:
Explaining vehicle features and maintenance details to customers.
Assisting in handling customer queries and providing solutions.


Workshop Coordination:
Supporting senior engineers in daily workshop operations.
Managing service records and maintaining documentation.


Learning & Development:


Gaining hands-on experience in automobile servicing and repairs.
Understanding dealership processes, spare parts management, and quality control.


Reporting:


Preparing daily/weekly reports on work progress.
Reporting to the supervisor or service manager.
